The Menu Committee meets to study menu proposals over a period of five weeks.

The members of the Commission:

It consists of the head of the school or his assistant, the Manager, the elected students and parents, the nurse, the Chef de cuisine and the representative of the service provider.

The functions of the commission:

  • Analyze the proposed menus for the coming period, give an opinion on the proposals made and raise possible problems related to catering for half-board services.
  • Collect proposals for improvements to school catering (animation, etc.).
  • Offer varied, balanced meals while respecting nutritional recommendations.

It also helps to introduce new flavors to all students and staff who have lunch at the school restaurant (Week of Taste, themed menu …).
