Bahrain Digital Challenges 2026 Final

The French International School of Bahrain had the pleasure of hosting the Final of the Bahrain Digital Challenges 2026.
Organized as part of the Mission laïque française (MLFMONDE) network and AFLEC, the final was held on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at The Art Amwaj. This regional event brought together students around demanding technological challenges, revealing creativity, technical mastery and team spirit.
In Cycle 3, the participants mobilized Scratch programming, Mbot robotics and Micro:bit board, developing algorithmic logic and cooperation.
In Cycle 4, the missions included Scratch, programming on Arduino and Micro:bit boards, with an in-depth level of analysis and design.
In the Second category, the teams designed a pizza ordering website with an administrator interface as well as an iPad application that allows you to cut a pizza into equal parts according to a defined number. A structured project combining web development, programming and mathematical modeling.
The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Patrick Joseph, delegate of the Director General of the MLF, guest of honor of this edition.
The organization was ensured by Mr. Mohamed-Ali Mraihi, Mr. Jonathan Lormier and Mr. David Sergent, whose commitment largely contributed to the success of this final.
The day was also promoted by the LFIB WebTV team. Talia Elkoumy presented the event alongside Nour Lamine, who conducted several interviews with the participants, highlighting the projects and teams.
Some parents were present to accompany and encourage their children, reinforcing the collective and unifying dimension of this meeting.
