International Children’s Day

At the French International School of Bahrain, our students celebrated International Children’s Day today through a series of educational, cultural and civic activities, designed to nurture their curiosity, creativity and commitment.
📚 CE1 – A cultural immersion at the National Library
Under the coordination of Mrs. Wahada, Arabic teacher, and Mrs. Akiki, our passionate librarian, the CE1 students experienced an exceptional outing to the National Library.
On the program:
— Discovery of reading spaces
— Educational workshops
— Captivating puppet show
A day rich in wonder and learning!
🧭 CM2 & 6e – Citizenship and children’s rights
As part of their citizenship education, the students worked with:
— Mrs. Salhi
— and Mrs. Younan, documentalist
They explored the fundamental rights of the child, reflected on their responsibilities and consolidated their role as responsible and engaged young citizens.
🌳 Symbolic Creations: The Trees of Rights
Several classes contributed to this celebration:
— The students of 5e ALE, guided by Mrs. Touil, created a magnificent Tree of the Rights of the Child.
— The CM1B class, accompanied by Mrs. Mignion, created its own Rights Tree, illustrating the essential values that protect and inspire each child.
🎈 An inspiring day, placed under the sign of respect, openness and the development of all children.
A big congratulations to our students, our teachers and the entire educational team for their constant commitment to a humanistic and inclusive education.
