Senior Education Advisor
A full-time Senior Education Advisor.
In this context, the recruited Principal Education Advisor will have the mission to assist the Head of School, coordinate the school life team composed of 3 supervisors and actively develop all educational actions, the Principal Education Advisor will be the link between the school and the families.
Attentive to the academic and personal difficulties of the students, he will strive to accompany them. He will have to show availability and ease in human relations.
Position where it will be necessary to show great initiative and where all the necessary latitude will be given to carry out this mobilizing and consequent project for our college and high school.
Profile sought
Good knowledge of the French education system;
Ability to work in a team and collaborate;
Proven computer skills;
Knowledge of the pedagogical engineering tools offered by the MLF will be considered;
Ability to engage with families and adapt to the regional context
Staff who are committed to carrying out mobilizing projects for our students and promoting the opening of the school to the outside.
Attentive and anxious to accompany all students to personal development allowing everyone to fully exploit their potential.
Ensuring individual follow-up of students in connection with the teaching team and families.
Constructive implementing a serene and confident school climate, conducive to educational actions.
