How to stiffen a structure?

In this sequence on structures, technology, in grade 7, the students solve problems, by investigation.

The first sequence was to find a solution, to allow a car to cross an obstacle, just with a sheet of paper. An activity combining manipulation and ingenuity, also accessible to our remote students.

This activity is the first in a sequence that will see the students engaged in the challenge of the large paper bridge. A great team achievement using triangularization techniques. To be continued…
