F\u00e9licitations\u00a0! \u00e0 nos petits chefs qui sont talentueux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TACOS DE POLLO<\/strong> Ingredientes : &#8211; 4 cabezas de ajo &#8211; 20 gramas de cilantro &#8211; 3 naranjas frescas &#8211; \u00bc de una cuchara de sal &#8211; \u00bd cuchara de chili en polvo &#8211; 2 cucharas de oleo vegetal &#8211; 1 cuchara de salsa de Worcestershire &#8211; pollo sin hueso y sin piel Elaboraci\u00f3n: 1. Primeramente, corte en pedazos peque\u00f1os cuatro cabezas de ajo y veinte gramas de cilantro. Despu\u00e9s, estruja tres naranjas frescas. 2. Prepare un cuarto de una cuchara de sal y media cuchara de chili en polvo. Agregue dos cucharas de oleo vegetal, una cuchara de salsa de Worcestershire y pollo sin hueso y sin piel que tiene que cortar en pedazos peque\u00f1os, p\u00f3ngalo de parte. 3. En fuego lento, vierta el \u00f3leo vegetal, e mu\u00e9valo por treinta segundos. Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1ada el chili en polvo, sal, y mezcle bien. Vierta el zumo de naranja y la salsa de Worcestershire. Cuando la salsa est\u00e9 lista, agregue el pollo y mezcle bien con la salsa. Cuando el pollo est\u00e9 blanco, volt\u00e9elo para que cosa bien del otro lado. 4. Espolvoree el cilantro fresco cortado y aseg\u00farese que mueve bien el pollo, deje el pollo a cocinar hasta que el pollo absorba toda la salsa y tenga un color dorado. 5. Ponga el pollo en un plato y s\u00edrvalo. Para un mejor sabor, agregue algunas coberturas como lechuga, crema agria, tomates, cebollas y queso rallado.
