Dear Parents,<\/span><\/p>\n

We are pleased to inform you of the improvements and updates of the services provided by the infirmaries\/nurses’ rooms of the French International School of Bahrain for the academic year 2024\/2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nursing services:<\/span><\/p>\n

At the French International School of Bahrain, two nurses are present to attend to the medical needs of our students.<\/span><\/p>\n

The infirmary is open during school hours and is accessible to all students.<\/span><\/p>\n

It serves as a place of care, reception and information for students who require medical care during school time.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is mandatory that everyone presents themselves in good health to the infirmary.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

Emergency Protocol:<\/span> We have implemented a new emergency protocol to ensure the safety and well-being of our students:<\/span> PROTOCOL<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our priority is to ensure prompt and appropriate medical care for all students who need it.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Procedure for visits to the infirmary:<\/span> Each visit to the infirmary is recorded and parents are informed via pronote.<\/span>
\nIf a student becomes ill or if there are concerns about their well-being, families will be contacted promptly.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n Medicine:<\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n No medication should be left in the possession of students. If a student requires medication during school hours, it must be dropped off with the nurse with a prescription and will be administered under the nurse’s supervision.<\/span>\n <\/div>\n

\n Attached is the Medical Information Form that must be completed and signed by the parents\/guardians. Please give this form in PAPER FORMAT to your child’s main teacher BEFORE SEPTEMBER 15, 2024.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
