Illustrated fables by 6eB and 6eC
The pupils of 6eB and 6eC worked on the theme of fables during French class and carried out several activities to get to grips with the subject: biographies of La Fontaine on the Chatterpix application (videos accessible on the Youtube account “Madame Rademackers“), Flipgrid videos to present a medieval illumination featuring the Roman de Renartstudied in class, and they illustrated a fable by Jean de La Fontaine of their choice, in the manner of Benjamin Rabier. Benjamin Rabier.
Illustrating a fable is a complex task: first you have to choose a fable, understand it, manage to define the different stages of the story, decide on the layout, pay attention to spelling when copying, etc The 6th graders succeeded in developing many skills through this exercise and their illustrations are very successful! Congratulations to them!
You can now admire their work in the CDIwhere all the illustrations are on display.
